We will buy or trade in all types of motor vehicles, including cars, vans and utes. There are some vehicles that we won't be able to give you an online estimated value for, but once you provide the details of your vehicle and we organise an inspection, we'll be able to give you a price. Generally, cars over 7 years old or 100,000 kilometres will not generate an online estimate.

Your instant estimated value is calculated by considering the following:

• Current market pricing, based on data supplied by independent vehicle valuation website, Red Book.
• The make, model and year of your car
• The registration being current
• The number of kilometres on the odometer matching a relative number for the age of the car
• The Service History of the vehicle is the up to date, logbooks are up to date & available
• All the components of your car are working / still with the car i.e. GPS, sunroof, stereo, and speakers. If there is a component not listed here, please ask our staff.
• 2 sets of keys are included
• There are no illegal modifications
• The interior / exterior condition of your vehicle is considered good for its age

Several variables are factored in to determine your vehicle's price. These include the condition of the vehicle and the current market price for the make, model and age of your vehicle.

Please note that the instant price is subject to an inspection of your vehicle and the terms and conditions. If the condition of the vehicle is different than the expected condition, we may revise the amount we offer you.

Once your online application has been submitted, one of our buying team will contact you to arrange an inspection at a time that best suits you.

We operate Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, and Saturday, 9.00am until 5pm

Our buying team are available 6 days per week. Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5pm. In most cases, you'll be contacted the same day or next business day - depending on the day and time you submitted your valuation.

Your estimated value is valid for 7 days from the date of the valuation. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw the estimated value at any time.

The online price range is determined by the independent market valuation site, Red Book. This is a fair market price, based on the details you have provided. Our buying team will use the price range guide as an indicator of the vehicle's value. On inspection, your instant estimated value may vary depending on the condition, documentation provided with your vehicle (refer to terms and conditions).

If your vehicle meets any of the following criteria it will not pass inspection and any estimated value that has been made will be withdrawn.

If the vehicle has been identified as stolen or written off, shows signs of being repaired after being involved in a major accident, is determined to have major mechanical defects or issues, missing service history/logbooks, or has hail damage or previous hail repair.

Yes, but you must obtain a letter from your finance institution indicating the outstanding balance. The amount offered will be paid to your financial institution once the vehicle has been traded in. If the estimated value is higher than the vehicle payout figure, the difference will be paid to you (or the registered owner) via direct credit to your bank account.

Depending on the type of modifications. Once you complete the online form, our buying team will contact you to arrange a visual inspection of your vehicle to provide you with an accurate price.
